  • Communicate directly via SMS or email to confirm completion.

Even if you’re not home, you’ll know your lawn and garden were cared for exactly as promised.

Can i change the payment date?

Yes — if you need to adjust your payment date, simply contact us via email or phone and our team will arrange it for you. We’re happy to work with you to make sure your service schedule and billing date fit your needs.

how do i know what day & time you will be coming?

When you book with us, you’ll choose a preferred day and time window (AM or PM). Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll:

  • Send you a confirmation email or SMS with your scheduled date and time window.
  • Remind you before each visit so you know exactly when to expect us.
  • Notify you of any changes if weather or unforeseen events affect the schedule.

We always aim to arrive within the agreed time frame so your day runs smoothly.

I paid my monthly fee but its raining on the day scheduled?

If bad weather makes it unsafe or impractical to complete your service, we’ll simply reschedule to the next available day in your area.

  • You won’t lose your service — it will be carried over.
  • We'll contact you by SMS or email with your new date.
  • If conditions improve later in the day, we may still complete your booking.

Your monthly fee covers your service, not a specific date — so you’re always guaranteed the work will be done.

Can i cancel my subscription?

Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • We’ll process the cancellation and confirm it in writing.
  • If you’ve already paid for the upcoming month and no service has been completed, we’ll arrange a refund.
