Welcome to Allwoods Mowing! By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our services.
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions govern all services provided by Allwoods Mowing.
1.2 By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services
2.1 We offer lawn mowing, garden maintenance, weed removal, hedge trimming, rubbish removal, and related services.
2.2 All services will be performed to a professional standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2.3 The scope of work, frequency, and pricing will be outlined and agreed upon in advance through a written quote.
3. Quotes and Payment
3.1 All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
3.2 The quoted price is based on the anticipated scope of work. If the scope changes due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to revise the quote.
3.3 Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4 We accept bank transfer, cash, and credit card payments.
3.5 Late Payment Policy
3.5.1 If payment is not made within the agreed timeframe, a late payment fee of 50% of the original invoice will be added.
3.5.2 If payment remains unpaid for an extended period, we may engage a debt collection agency, and any additional collection costs will be added to the outstanding balance.
3.5.3 This policy ensures that we can continue to operate and provide high-quality services without disruption. If you anticipate any issues with payment, please contact us in advance to discuss alternative arrangements.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
4.1 Appointments will be scheduled based on mutual agreement.
4.2 Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $150 or 10% of the quoted amount (whichever is greater).
4.3 In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule services.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 The client must ensure the property is safe and accessible for our team to perform the services.
5.2 Pets and obstructions must be secured or removed from the service area before our arrival.
5.3 Any special instructions or requirements must be communicated before the service begins.
6. Liability
6.1 While we take utmost care, Allwoods Mowing is not liable for damage to underground fixtures, irrigation systems, or other hidden property features unless prior information has been provided.
6.2 We are not responsible for damage caused by conditions beyond our control, such as weather, pre-existing property issues, or third-party interference.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
7.1 If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
8. Termination of Services
8.1 Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with at least 7 days’ written notice.
8.2 All outstanding payments must be settled in full before termination is finalized.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
9.2 We do not share client information with third parties without consent.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1 Allwoods Mowing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
